GENERAL ENGLISH
Who is this course for?
The General English Course is for any non-native speaker who wants to get better at English. It doesn’t matter what level you are, or whether you have a little time or a lot – this course is suitable for everyone.
You can choose to study in the morning, afternoon or evening, full-time or part-time. It’s all about finding the balance that suits you best.
- Entry Level: A1 Elementary
- Length: Minimum 1 week
- Class Duration:
- 3 hours including a 15-minute break (daytime)
- 2 hours with no break (evening)
- 4 hours (Saturdays)
- Class Size: Average 10, maximum 16 students per class
- Minimum Age: 16 years old
- Location: In person on Oxford Street

Course Materials:
Our syllabuses are designed using well-known coursebook series from Pearson, Macmillan, Oxford University Press and National Geographic. Our teachers supplement them with authentic materials to help you get familiar with, understand and use English as it is spoken in the UK.

You’ll improve your proficiency in all four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. You will develop your understanding of grammar so you can
communicate more accurately, and will broaden your range of vocabulary.
